• Create a 📝Hidden Memo to use as the table of contents for your memory, your Tier 1 memo.
• Pass the url for the Tier 1 memo and your email address to the workflow processor via {{landing page}}.
• • ALT: Copy/paste contents of memo into email and hit mailhook
• Workflow will then...
• • Grab the contents of the summary memo and all linked memos (Tier 2 memos)
  • Grab the contents of all Tier 2 memos and all linked memos (Tier 3 memos).
  • Use all data collected to create a summary of your memory
  • Email you a text file with the prompt and contents to replace your memory
• You then save your existing memory in a text file and, once done, delete your memory in GPT.
• Lastly, you insert the data package into a chat with GPT and create your newly updated memory.
