Wil Schroter is a serial #entrepreneur and startup mentor dedicated to supporting those who choose the 'founder' title. Schroter has founded nine companies; four of which he has exited through acquisition, merger, or partnership. [1] In 2012, he founded @StartupsCo; an education focused launch platform consisting of six related products for supporting entrepreneurs. [2] Startup.co is used by over one million startups globally—each year helping their constituents to raise over $300 million in funding and host over 500,000 product launches which collectively acquires over 20 million early customers and attracts over 10 million visitors. Wil and I first connected after my @Ask Me Anything (AMA) in @Startups Live; a @Slack Community in the Startups.co portfolio. We found synchronicity in our drive to support those who represent the inexperience of our former selves; often discussing the processes and systems required to achieve that goal at scale. Despite his success, he cites his genesis—devoid of any support system—as the reason for his humble nature and continual hustle.
