So, as you'd expect Monday Dance Jam can't happen in person until further notice but, the show will go on this week with a pilot of VIDEOJAM with LIVE 2-way video over the internets :)⚡️and this week is free. It's happening at our normal time 7pm Monday (will be a 75 minute session). My video stream software (ZOOM) is capped at 100 people so get there early if you want to confirm your spot - digital doors open at 6:45pm.

Live-streamed live-mixed DJ'd jams
Live-streamed nature video art
Live-stream video of my studio
2-way video share (meaning you share live video of yourself with the group if you choose to)
After the dance ends - a toast and optional cocktail / tea party (with shared audio). I understand this activity was recently named "on-nomi" in Japan for drinking with friends on the internet :)
Hang out in digital "break-out rooms" with shared audio for small group catch up (optional)

WHERE DO I JOIN FROM
LAPTOP - Join from your home (recommended) in front of the biggest computer screen that has enough space in front of it to move. For those of you that happen to have a projector, that could be a lot of fun to see people life size :)
TABLET / PHONE - join from out in the world
GUIDELINES FOR PARTICIPATION
I need your help to create a fun and welcoming experience for all. Some guidelines:
Be Here Now: If you joining, please be fully in, not mult-itasking
Kindness + Enthusiasm: We are all going through some tough stuff so bring the good vibes and be kind to all
Make space: Please clear some physical space to move and mental space so you can get the most out of this experience and not bump into things.
Respect: If you are sharing your live video feed, please make sure what you are sharing is appropriate for a public setting
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR AND HAVE WITH ME ?
Wear clothes to move in
Have some water nearby
Bring a drink for the toast at the end of the session (non alcoholic or alcoholic your choice :)
HOW TO I JOIN THE SESSION / DO I NEED SPECIAL SOFTWARE?
This session will be shared over ZOOM.
You can view the session on your web browser but
You'll have a better experience if you download the ZOOM software when it prompts you to. (It's free and runs on pretty much anything).
Click the link below and you will be prompted to download software. If you haven't used zoom before leave a little extra time before the session.
