**Jeff Grantz **is a multidisciplinary designer, creative technologist, and corporate provocateur. [1] Hehas designed and integrated digital media installations for the Boston Convention Center, Converse’s World Headquarters, and Harvard’s Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
Grantz attended the Rhode Island School of Design where he later taught in the departments of Industrial Design, Interior Architecture, and Foundation Studies. In 2010 he founded Materials & Methods in Boston. A firm that has designed and implemented nearly 100 medium to large scale projects and set new precedents for creative applications of technology that continue to push industry standards. [2]
He is also the founder and director of the ILLUMINUS festival in Boston--the city’s largest contemporary digital arts festival, showcasing the power of creative work in public spaces. The festival features artworks created with new media technologies, performances, and immersive experiences using light and sound. [3]
