Mythos

Organizational learning is the process of creating, retaining, and transferring knowledge within an organization; enabling an organization to improve as it gains experience. From this experience, it is able to create knowledge—covering any topic—which betters an organization.

Individual, group, organizational, and inter-organizational knowledge might include production efficiencies, sales methods, customer engagements, etc. (See 📝Knowledge Management)*

*Knowledge is a process, not an activity. Like all 📝Living Documents, this one is 🏷️#in_progress.
