Steve Weiss is an American entrepreneur and digital marketing executive best known as the founder and former CEO of 📝MuteSix, an integrated performance marketing agency based in Los Angeles. Weiss started MuteSix in 2013 with a vision to bridge creative, media buying, and data-driven strategies for direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands. Under his leadership, the agency scaled rapidly—employing over 450 people, achieving 25%+ annual growth, and earning industry accolades such as repeated recognition on the Inc. 500 list and as a top workplace by AdAge, Glassdoor, and Builtin. MuteSix was acquired by iProspect in 2019, after which Weiss exited in early 2022. Prior to MuteSix, he held CEO roles at Adsolutia Networks and TheLeadFirm.com, where he focused on affiliate and lead generation marketing. Weiss currently serves as Managing Director of SJW Partners, and is an active voice on the future of marketing, AI, and sales organizations. He holds a BS in Political Science/Communications from Kean University and briefly attended Barry University School of Law.
