A Citizen at One is a worker-member of @One Inc Cooperative that is, @By and Large, dedicated to the sustainment and growth of the cooperative. Unlike @Citizens of One who contribute ad hoc to the cooperative, Citizens at One receive a @Universal Thriving Income (UTI). We, The United States of America, and the State of California see 'Citizens at One' as 'Employees of Citizens of One Inc Cooperative'.
