Mythos

Kia Motors Corporation, commonly known as Kia, is a South Korean multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Seoul. Founded in 1944, Kia is South Korea's second-largest automobile manufacturer following Hyundai Motor Company. In 2024, Kia continued to strengthen its position in the global automotive market, recording its highest annual global sales of 3,089,300 units, which marked a 0.1% increase from the previous year. The company is committed to innovation and sustainability, focusing on the development of electric vehicles (EVs) and hybrid electric vehicles (HEVs) as part of its strategy to lead global electrification efforts.

As part of my personal experience with Kia, I purchased a 2024 Kia Sportage Hybrid, which I affectionately named Symborg. This vehicle represents a new kind of organism, combining symbiotic and autonomous driving features. I have a deep appreciation for Symborg, and it is documented further in the 📝Symborg Swichkow memo.
