I first learned about Zymo through 📝Chantle Edillor, who often wore one of their festive science-themed sweatshirts. When she received a job offer from the company at the end of her postdoc, she declined due to the required commute to 📝Irvine, CA. I encouraged her to propose a consulting engagement as she declined the job offer and the CEO responded enthusiastically. Zymo became her second consulting client—an opportunity she balanced while securing her dream role at 📝Astera Institute.
