BodyTalk is a therapy in which the practitioner asks questions of, and receives answers from, the human body. Like more traditional talk therapy, for communication outside the bounds of language and/or one's present frame of consciousness.
By addressing the entire person rather than one specific issue, BodyTalk provides a “whole-healthcare” system that promotes emotional, physical, and physiological well-being. BodyTalk practitioners use a non-invasive techniques to help those in treatment tap into the body’s natural system of healing.
I first experienced body talk with 📝Sam Slodowitz and, later, introduced 📝Chantle Edillor Swichkow for her first session and my second. Sam is, too, mentoring 📝Chase Riner in learning the practice.
