- Memory - the context library you're looking at here (a 📝Single Source of Truth or 📝Knowledge Management platform)
- Mind - workflows directing the flow of that context (e.g. classification, response drafting, and validation of responses to engagements)
- Mouth - communication that results from those workflows (e.g. responses to emails, social comments, webchats)
