I think that would be fabulous... sort of like a "Look Book" or "Directory" which includes client profiles that describe who they are + what they are building + why they are building + how we can engage in constructive play togetherI also suggest including a visual "dashboard" which showcases each company's/org's guesstimated affinity for engaging with us....The dashboard could include a place to document the conversations we have had with them. We could also "tag" important issues like "data policy". The person who input the memo might also rate a (%) of how closely aligned they believe the company/org is to US on any given issue at any given moment.The dashboard could also showcase a "Health-O-Meter" or "Affinity-Meter" visual asset like a pie chart, which aggregates data field "tags" + (%) data in order to output a guesstimate of how likely that company/org is to engage with us / sign a contractThe benefit of the above is that
1- we could keep an updated log / documentation of the important communication interactions we have with potential playmates
2- Our updated log/documentation helps to inform us about which issues we could focus on during our next dialogue with the company/org. That next dialogue could either serve as an opportunity to introduce a novel idea belonging to the cooperative, or it could serve as an opportunity to challenge the company/org to rethink or reshape their stance on an issue.
