The company operates yeast production facilities in San Diego, California, Asheville in North Carolina, and Copenhagen in Denmark. White Labs Brewing Company also operates San Diego Tasting Room, a full-service restaurant in Asheville called White Labs Kitchen & Tap as well as a distribution warehouse in Hong Kong.
White Labs' mission is to stretch the limits of fermentation in order to set new standards for the industry in general.
