Objective

GlassFrog is a role-based team and collaboration software designed to support agile methodologies and self-management practices. Positioned at the intersection of clarity and autonomy, it provides tools for structuring work around roles rather than job titles. Its key features include dynamic organizational charts, governance frameworks, OKR tracking, project management, and AI-assisted tooling via "FrogBot." Originally created to support Holacracy, GlassFrog is now used by a broader set of forward-thinking organizations, including developers, marketers, and engineering teams pursuing decentralized or non-hierarchical operating models. Its UX focuses on simplifying complexity—offering visual clarity for roles, accountabilities, and meetings—and supporting inclusive change processes through structured governance protocols. Notably, the platform reflects broader trends in the future of work, particularly around flattening hierarchies, team autonomy, and organizational responsiveness.
