You will need to create a new 📝Reddit account if you (a) don't have an account, (b) have an account but have been flagged or banned on relevant 📝subreddits, or (c) created your account using an identifiable username and want or need to be more anonymous in your submissions. [1]
Usernames
To fit within 🏷️#reddit's cultural norms, those whom are not yet public figures should avoid using names, brands, or other identifiers in their username. If you're planning to have a public presence in the future, register your name or brand now and build the skillset on another that's more generic.
Restrictions
Subreddits will often place restrictions on new accounts based on their age, engagement, etc. For example, r/Entrepreneur requires an account have more than ten 📝Karma to submit a 📝Text Post while r/NatureIsFuckingLit requires its users to "post proof verifying they have picked up a piece of trash outside" before they're allowed to submit to the community.
