1 and One is a mechanism by which a 📝virtual corporation within the 📝One Inc Cooperative will accept a 1.1% stock grant in exchange for advisory and incubation of a 📝Citizen-led organization.
In this, 1% of the equity is held by the Cooperative and 0.1% is held by the Citizen Steward, or "point person", that has accepted the responsibility of stewarding the exchange.
