AngelList is an American software company that connects startups with angel investors and limited partners for fundraising and talent acquisition. Founded in 2010 by @Naval Ravikant and Babak Nivi, it began as an online introduction board for tech startups seeking seed funding. The platform offers Syndicates, which facilitate startup financing with accredited investors, and operates several subsidiaries including @Product Hunt, @Republic, CoinList, Wellfound, and Belltower Fund. Since 2015, AngelList has allowed startups to raise capital from angel investors free of charge. The company has expanded beyond venture capital to provide fund management infrastructure for the broader private equity industry.
