Wellbeing Wednesdays were a fortnightly boost of wellness*.* Facilitated by 📝Katy Cook (PhD), Wellbeing Wednesdays are interactive standalone workshops that take place on the first and third Wednesday of each month.
Each workshop focuses on a different theme, but the aim of every session is to help participants improve their overall wellbeing and better manage day-to-day life through expert guidance, insightful exercises, and practical advice. The workshops are based on principles of positive psychology and cognitive behavior change and are designed to help participants become more confident, mindful, motivated, and resilient.
