This is Guide for Speakers is being curated for speakers at 📝Confluencer Con 2021. Within it, you will find everything you need to prepare for your panel or presentation, instructions on how to join the stage, access to support and resources, etc.

Format for Events

Each event — panels, presentations, and workshops — is 45 minutes in length with a 15-minute buffer before the next event begins.

Hardware for Speaking

• Computer: Laptop or Desktop (required for speakers to share their video)
• Browser: Google Chrome (required for speakers as other browsers are in beta)
• Audio: Headphones (required for speakers to eliminate unwanted echo)
• Internet: Hardwire connection preferred, wifi required (no mobile hotspots)

Joining the Stage

• Setup your hardware as outlined above. Text +1 (213) 397-2272 with questions.
• Enter the world at https://topia.io/stage?spawnX=1000&spawnY=-1000&portal=true
• • You will arrive in the green room to the right of the stage
