Jon Loomer is a self-proclaimed “accidental marketer” and founder of Jon Loomer Digital; an advertising compendium for advanced Facebook marketers. Loomer formerly held positions as the VP of Strategic Marketing for the American Cancer Society (2009-2011) and the Senior Manager of Fantasy Games for the NBA (2005-2008). Beginning eleven days after his layoff, he started Jon Loomer Digital in the fall of 2011 with the goal of helping businesses maximize "social media that makes a difference." In his first 18 months, his marketing trainings generated over 4 million page views.
