One Agreement is an @agreement between any @Citizen of One (Contributor) and @One, Inc. (Collective) to provide rights to, or rendering of, future equity, profits, products, and services without determining, or knowing, the value, or allocation, at the time of initial contribution. This agreement is a @Living System that enables the conversion of @energy between different @Types of Capital and the transfer of value in multi-dimensional exchanges; all with respect those realities not yet known. These exchanges, and the reputations of those making them, are facilitated by @One Ledger; an open record of all contributions, exchanges, allocations, opportunities, etc. This agreement represents a commitment to mutual understanding between Citizens in service to the facilitation of mutual, and Collective, benefit; and is governed by the @One, Inc. // Principles. Contributions to the @co-op can, at the time(s) of Contributor's choosing, be converted to equity, profits, products, or services at the market price or, if unavailable, a mutually agreed upon value. All parties are present in this agreement to create a sustainable organization that is comprised of self-reliant individuals; all of whom are co-creating and playing towards the reunification of @one.

Agreement: @John Zdanowski and @Brian Swichkow share in the intention to co-create @Spiritual Bro. John agrees to grant Brian enough @Financial Capital to unlock his @Natural Capital to build their story. Brian agrees to create (1) the Spiritual Bro website, (2) the @Minimum Viable Product (MVP) of its @Spirit Check extension, and (3) the @Spiritual Bro Store for its lifestyle brand; over 3 months. John and Brian agree to be present in conversation to call fourth their innate @Spiritual Capital in the process of its creation; each being both mentor and mentee to the other. John and Brian agree that revenue will, in this order, (1) sustain Brian, (2) repay John's financial contributions, and (3) sustain John. Once passed, a new, more enlightened agreement will emerge. Acknowledgement: Spiritual Bro (the brand) and Spirit Check (the extension) will be created by @Spirit Studio; the @Startup Studio within @One, Inc. In the event that these creations catalyze future contributions, John will receive an additional return of capital (e.g. financial capital in the form of a commission or social capital in the form of access to a future fundraising round). John and Brian acknowledge that Brian gains @Social Capital by sharing John's presence in the story. Brian will do this at no cost to John and in service to their co-creative endeavor. Understanding: John and Brian both understand that the @Age of Reunion is approaching and, along with it, the @Age of Water. In this era, self-sustaining individuals and organizations will be commonplace. John and Brian understand how the other quantifies a "self-sustained" lifestyle and what it looks like to them to be free of from @Age of Separation and will mutually supporting of arriving there. John and Brian both understand that the reality they know in the future isn't likely to be conceivable today. John and Brian understand that this agreement is to evolve as that reality manifests.
