Mythos

A property disclosure, in the context of a @divorce, is a legal requirement to exchange a complete, accurate listing of all assets and debts, including both community and separate property, to ensure transparent and fair division of property and financial obligations during the divorce process. This includes listing all assets (like real estate, bank accounts, retirement funds, vehicles, investments, and valuable personal property), debts (such as mortgages, loans, and credit card balances), sources of income, and ongoing expenses. I automated much of the process of my property disclosure in @My First Divorce using @Clay and @Make which I later wrote about in '@The Ultimate Retribution: Divorcing a Dildo with AI' and explained in @Dildo Depreciation: Technical Overview.
