You can host a panel in 📝Topia with the following setup:

Be an Owner or Admin of the Topia world
Invite guests 📝In-World at the given time
Meet with panelists in-world 11 minutes before
Ask your panelists to 📝Please Wear Headphones
Go into 📝Manage Users with the button at the right
Locate your panelists in the list (less than 5 recommended)
Make the host and each panelist '📝Broadcast - Near' or 'All' if it's the only event happening
Inform all those present about 📝Muting Audio for themselves and others, kindly request it
Request guests that they use the 📝Message Center to send questions to panelists
BONUS: Record the panel with 📝Loom (be sure to enable 'Record Tab Audio')

Practices

Periodically give a quick introduction to the panel (e.g. "We are doing a panel on X, we are all hanging out here, you are seeing us b/c we are on broadcast...") ~ 📝Danielle Diamond
Remember - others in world won't be able to hear the questions/reflections of the audience so, as a broadcaster, be sure to repeat them before responding. ~ 📝Danielle Diamond
