Go Moment was a hospitality technology company founded to streamline guest communication and enhance the hotel guest experience through automated messaging solutions. The platform focused on providing instant, #ai-powered responses to common guest requests, enabling hotels to deliver faster service and improve guest satisfaction. In 2022, Go Moment was acquired by Revinate, a company specializing in guest data management and marketing for the hospitality industry. This acquisition expanded Revinate’s capabilities in guest engagement by integrating Go Moment’s conversational technology into its broader ecosystem of hospitality solutions. Founded by @Raj Singh in 2011, Ivy has been trusted by Cesars, MGM, Sheraton, Hilton, etc. Within a month of implementation, Ivy handles—on average—30% of front desk inquiries and correlates to spikes in customer ratings on platforms like TripAdvisor. In partnership with the Cornell School of Hospitality Management, Ivy proved that @Artificial Intelligence (AI) makes people feel more human by reducing the robotic feeling of staff forced to answer common questions. Raj, both a friend and a long-time advisor, was the driving force behind Go Moment from its inception through to its successful acquisition by Revinate. Observing his journey—from the early problem-solving sprints to navigating the complexities of a strategic exit—has been deeply inspiring and instructive for me. There’s a real art to building something that delivers value, earning the trust of major partners, and negotiating a win that aligns with the original vision.
